Financial Analyst

Summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, self-starter Finance professional to join TBCASoft on a game-changing blockchain payment platform journey, to disrupt the 50+ years old payment ecosystem. We have achieved a successful track record post-launch of our HIVEX® Payment Platform and we are now ready to scale. 

TBCASoft is building innovative products that are completely disrupting the digital payments and identity management space. The role resides in Taipei and will report to the CFO.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Working side-by-side with CFO (ex-Goldman Sachs) and Finance team to develop financial forecasts of the company’s business outlook, including P&L, B/S, C/F statements.
  • Support CFO on strategic fundraising process, including responding to investor requests, model simulations, and due diligence process.
  • Perform various company valuation analysis and benchmarking comparisons.
  • Conduct deep Industry, competitive and business model analysis.
  • Support board meeting requirements including presentation and financial materials.
  • Main contact window and liaison between TBCASoft and our investors to maintain updates.

Requirements

  • Proven financial modeling skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must.
  • 3-5 years of work experience as Research Associate in the Equity Research Industry.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from top universities is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting equivalent required.
  • Worked for top-tier international banks.
